As a local business servicing the Duarte area, Indoor-Restore Environmental Services is concerned about health and environmental issues. We offer mold inspection and mold testing services that are top-notch and nationally accredited by the Indoor Environmental Association (IEA).
As a suburban, commuter community, Duarte is surrounded by rock quarries in nearby cities, which raise environmental concerns of noise and undesirable air quality. Duarte High School serves students in the entire town, as well as nearby communities. With its proximity to Los Angeles-quality smog and local quarry dust, Duarte is aware of potential environmental concerns.
If you live, work, or go to school in Duarte and are concerned about mold in your indoor spaces, please give us a call to schedule a mold inspection. Finding mold growth can be elusive. Although it is sometimes easy to spot mold growth in visible places, much of the growth can occur in hidden, or hard to access, spaces in your home or workplace. We have a variety of mold inspection techniques we use to scout out even hidden mold damage. First, the technician will look for sources of water or moisture that can support mold growth.
This may include looking for leaking plumbing and roofs, or insufficient weather stripping around window or doors. During a mold inspection we may use a digital moisture meter and Infrared Thermal Imaging device as tools to look for hidden moisture and make recommendations for fixes. If you would like additional services, we can physically go into difficult areas that are not usually visible, such as in crawlspaces or attics, to search for mold. Our experienced mold inspection technicians know how to spot hotspots for mold growth. Once a thorough visual and professional mold inspection is completed, mold testing can be done on any areas of concern that have been discovered.
Who will you call for your mold inspection, mold testing needs? Of course, Indoor-Restore Environmental Services!
To begin our mold testing, we conduct an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ ) analysis to determine the presence of mold spores and other allergens which may affect the health of the property’s occupants. We conduct surface sampling (“swabbing” and “tape and bulk”) to collect samples of potential indoor environmental hazards which will be sent to the laboratory. Indoor-Restore always uses a third-party lab to classify mold samples. This gives you the peace of mind that a complete scientific analysis has been done on samples from your property.
When we perform our mold testing and mold inspection services, we come with over 20 years of experience. We expect that your level of trust in our services will exceed your expectations, and we look forward to serving you.
